As a Cincinnati native and passionate leader, I’m committed to empowering young professionals and women through entrepreneurship and advocacy. I’m the Founder & CEO of Empower GENNOW Network, a nonprofit that provides career development, mentorship, and resources to the next generation of leaders. I also own Lusheous Collection, a plus-size boutique that champions inclusivity in fashion.With a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s in HR Management on the way (Spring 2025), my goal is to expand both ventures globally while tackling workforce retention challenges.I have extensive experience in talent acquisition, having worked with First Student and Fifth Third Bank, where I developed key skills in HR, strategic sourcing, and recruiting.
