I lead the development and implementation of the accessibility policy at Mile Two. I participate in open office hours to discuss and mentor peers on accessibility needs and issues. I collaborate on and develop learning resources to help educate accessibility knowledge for the company.\\\\n\\\\nI help mentor and work through problems with peers at all levels on development blockers, skill building, and career development. I also co-lead the Software Engineering Community of Practice, where we collaborate on ways to help our peers grow and feel accomplished in their work and the technologies they explore. We frequently present on tech topics; for example, I gave a presentation on kubectl, demonstrating its common commands and usage.\\\\n\\\\nI am the Technical Lead on several of my project assignments. I perform code reviews in collaboration with my team to foster a better understanding of good points and points of improvement and verify that we understand the problem similarly. For the DevOps team, I configure the helm charts for my apps’ deployment process within the Kubernetes cluster, checking pods and logs to provide information if problem cases and when deployment issues arise, and optimize the development process for projects by setting up Skaffold continuous development. I also work on projects exploring technologies such as ReactJS, Next.js, NodeJs, Python, Postgres, and MongoDB.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
