Support to 6 teams comprised of Inpatient Medicine, Family Medicine, Residents, and Inpatient Services. I make hospital follow up appointments, obtain medical records, reach out to pharmacies and labs all with the intention of ensuring efficient and accurate inpatient care and timely follow up appointment\'s once the patient is discharged. Provide support to the Chief Medical Officer on various projects requiring clinical knowledge and confidentiality, work closely with case management and as liaison between the mortuary, patient\'s family and physicians in obtaining signatures to certify death certificates. Provide instruction on DAVE Program as well as facilitate completion and submission of the DAVE application for the physician and their staff. Prepare and send out a daily report off all Inpatient Assignments to approximately 800+individuals across the Banner Organization. In this role, I have daily contact and communication with all levels of staff, funeral directors, patients and their families.
