Conducting needs analyses for the development of new training modules\\\\n- Co-development and management of the overall training concept as well as module concepts for Belimo products and their applications\\\\n- Responsibility for the organization, implementation and monitoring of training units and events\\\\n- Responsibility for the introduction, training and use of new learning methods and tools\\\\n- Development and maintenance of the training program for new and existing employees\\\\n- Development of specific training programs for customers\\\\n- Developing guidelines for learning objectives, instructors and participants, materials, job aids, evaluations, etc.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
