ABOUT GORDON

I’m both a technology manager and a creative. As a technology manager, I lead complex financial application implementations, identifying and analyzing client requirements and providing solutions to business needs. I oversee the project life cycle for cloud deployments including requirements gathering, design and build, testing, documentation and training, issue tracking/resolution, and post implementation support. Process improvement is a huge passion; therefore, helping companies build a roadmap to their desired state is a priority. As a creative, I’m an author, singer/songwriter, writing coach, independent journalist, and a producer. My published books include: a book of poetry: Life, Love, & Loss: Words from the Heart, a children\'s book: Animals In Our World: A-Z; a spoken word novel: Who? What? Where? When? How? Why? A Story about a Life, and a 31 day interactive inspirational journal: The Next 31 Days: Realign Your Thinking, Realign Your Life, co-written with my husband, Emil Gordon. I edited and published a book in 2019 for my then 90 and 91 year-old Aunt and Uncle titled Our Love Story: How we met - How we live. The book was adapted into a stage play written by Zirzeria Wright and produced by me that debuted September 9th and 10th 2023, just days before their 75th wedding anniversary. I’m also a writing coach for the book Tia and the Magic Tree by Gabrielle Starkes.
