   As Director of Professional Development of Lime Connect, a not-for-profit organization with the mission to rebrand disability through achievement, I create and drive the strategic direction for the professional development program for network members, corporate and university partners, and the public. Professional development includes career development, leadership programs, and career coaching for high achieving university students and professionals with disabilities. I also lead the training and education for Lime’s corporate and university partners who are committed to the success of people with disabilities and recognize the unique perspective and talents they bring to the workplace.I have contributed to Lime Connect’s growth and success by: Leading the development of a 3-year organizational strategic plan including identifying opportunities for growth, defining key performance indicators, analyzing data against targets, and driving the implementation of the strategyIncreasing Lime’s training offerings by 75%, creating and delivering compelling and timely content, and taking an innovative approach to disability and accessibility educationLeading the growth of our career development programs from a single program to three, allowing us to reach more students and professionals with disabilities at pivotal stages of their academic and professional careersDesigning a comprehensive resource guide focused on managing your career and helping your employees to be successful while working remotely, which was critical in maintaining stakeholder relationships during the COVID-19 pandemicTranslating the insights from people with disabilities into impactful educational materials focused on critical topics including accessibility in the workplace, effective management skills, and navigating the return to office
