My role as Global TA involves end-to-end management of hiring processes, from initial candidate screening to offer preparation, ensuring seamless integration with our innovative technology and cloud-native architecture. Partnering closely with hiring managers, I\'ve honed my skills in direct sourcing, headhunting, and agency collaboration, leveraging my proficiency with Comeet to track and optimize every recruitment stage.My commitment to fostering strong relationships with candidates, managers, and placement agencies is pivotal for smooth operations. Striving for excellence, I actively seek creative solutions to enhance our outreach and recruitment processes. Embracing ownership of my responsibilities has allowed me to learn and adopt new skills, all while contributing to Akeyless Security\'s expansion in Israel, Europe and the US.
