About Renee W. Senes

As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), I work with individuals or couples who are contemplating or in the process of divorce. I utilize specialized software and stay abreast of legal and tax developments in order to guide my clients. In addition, I maintain close relationships with family law attorneys, therapists, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and others who assist those going through divorce. I am trained in Mediation and Collaborative Law and serve on the Board of The Massachusetts Council for Family Mediation. I teach community and adult education courses on Money and Divorce: Costly Mistakes You Don’t Want to Make and am also a volunteer with the AARP Massachusetts Speakers Bureau. Having been divorced, my approach to dealing with divorce is “hands on” and practical; I focus on what you can afford, whether you can get a mortgage or have the cash flow to fund it, what the settlement offers and how that may affect your lifestyle. My goal is to educate my clients to understand what they own and to manage their finances so they can look forward to a stable future.
