ABOUT RENÉE MILLER
Renée is an experienced social worker who completed her BA Hons Degree at the University of Wolverhampton. Throughout her degree, she was afforded the opportunity to shadow a looked after children\'s team, practice as an early help worker, practice as a supervising social worker and offer family support. Through studying her social work degree and working in busy safeguarding teams Renée gained a wealth of practical and theoretical experience in working with children, young people and families who are either at risk of or have been subjected to harm. Renée\'s experience allows her to build relationships with hard to reach families during some of the most difficult and emotional times. Renée prides herself on being a restorative practitioner who uses strength-based approaches, ensuring that families are worked ‘with’ and not ‘to’ whilst the child is at the centre of her practice.
