About Renee Hensley Pile
With two decades of dedicated experience in HR Operations and Management at both the regional and national levels, I have come to see human resources and people-centric functions as powerful resources with the potential for remarkable outcomes, and inherent risks. To stay ahead of evolving industry trends, I proactively expanded expertise into Compliance, Law, Ethics, and Research, aligning skills with the complexities of today\'s ever changing environment. My career has surpassed my wildest expectations, spanning roles in major insurance firms, the entertainment industry, financial institutions and consulting. However, my largest contribution, by far, has been in the medical field, working alongside major healthcare facilities and private practices to create patient centric organizations. As a lifelong learner, I am passionate about continuously improving how we serve others. This commitment is reflected in the pursuit of advanced degrees and professional certifications in Social Science, Business, Human Resources, Public Administration, and Law. I am proud to hold a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Ethics and Legal Studies from the University of Illinois, as well as a Jurisprudence degree in Risk Management and Compliance from Drake Law School, which I apply within the medical community. My notable achievements include writing, policy/process development, coaching, training, and leadership development. Looking ahead, I will continue to foster curious, innovative cultures that proactively identify risks and opportunities, enabling organizations to develop solutions aligned with public and private policy. Ultimately, I aim to contribute to building compliant, civil, and equitable communities through strategic, thoughtful leadership.Specialties: Business focus: Human Resources, Compliance, Law, Policy Development, Compliance, Financial Services, Training, Customer Driven, Accounting, Law, Innovation, Management, Sales, Marketing, Research and CoachingRenee Pile Passions: Legal Trends, Administrative Law, Consulting, Coaching, Training, Public Speaking, Process Management, Servant Leadership and Implementation (Joys: Documentaries, History, Swing Dance, Speed & Car Enthusiast)
