   Farestart is a James Beard award winning nonprofit organization. I lead FareStart’s consulting practice that cultivates collaboration, drives systems change and advances economic mobility in communities across the country by providing capacity building consulting to nonprofits and practice change advisory services to employers. We co-create pathways to employment and economic self-sufficiency with communities and individuals furthest from opportunity that are overcoming systemic barriers. This is achieved through people-centered program design, community-centered stakeholder alignment, ecosystem building, advocacy, employer practice change and coaching for entrepreneurship.
