My focus as a mental health professional working in this evolving industry has been program management and supervision, crisis management, individual and group counseling, and working with children and adults to meet their needs where they are while practicing trauma informed care. Contributions include:Program Management and Supervision Reponsible for obtaining and managing approximatley of contracts and grants that are specific to children from kindergarten through high school. Crisis Intervention Experienced in community care response where mental health aid is needed in situations such as death, suicide, and a variety of mental health conditions. Experienced working within a crisis unit where stabilization and community linkage is completed. Answers crisis lines for both area lines and the national 988 phone number. Education and Training Responsible for CPR/First Aid/AED training and Drug Free Workplace training within the organization. Oversees clinicians and responds to clinical questions within scope of practice.
