   Nuuly is a women’s clothing rental subscription service built by URBN. As Lead Product Manager for our custom Rental Management System (RMS), I manage the Inbound suite — software and workflows that streamline how garments are received, processed, inspected, and prepared for future rentals. RMS manages the entire garment lifecycle from purchase order through return and my role centers on designing efficient, error-reducing web and mobile tools for our fulfillment and operations teams in Philadelphia and Kansas City.
