Building teams that combine unmatched knowledge and expertise in every aspect of land management with honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic has propelled our organization forward and is what I strive to continue developing and elevating daily.I\'ve loved that, as the Human Resources Manager at Halo, I\'ve had the opportunity to speak with every employee and agent that has joined our team— no matter where they live or what team they\'re on. Leveraging over eight years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a Landman, coupled with my HR expertise, I aim to identify candidates that will enable the Halo team to reach new levels of excellence. Retaining my own land projects enables me to continue honing my expertise in our land service offerings and streamline processes so that we can effectively onboard and deliver projects on time and above expectations. By collaborating and fostering ongoing relationships with our administrators and agents, I ensure we consistently adhere to our principles of executing projects professionally and at the utmost level of integrity. Creating a culture built on the integrity, trust, and engagement of our people is something I am proud to be a part of. Collaborating with employees across the U.S, we\'ve found ways to ensure our people are heard and recognized. From our happy hours to our Halo Helps! campaigns and even our employee shoutouts that acknowledge an individual for their great work, we provide ways for our people to truly feel like they are part of a greater family. Outside of my work at Halo, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our fur babies, visiting my nephews down the street, and completing DIY projects with my Cricut.
