I am a visionary leader in the arts and culture space, with over 20+ years of experience in communications, marketing and strategy advancement. Presently, serving as the Executive Director of the Edmonton Arts Council, my role is to lead our organization and government agency to deliver on and achieve our strategy, Connections & Exchanges - a ten year plan to transform arts and culture in Edmonton. I have a proven track record of providing strategic direction, building partnerships, growing relations, deepening connections, and pursuing innovative opportunities for business development. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications/Public Relations, a Certified Destination Management Executive accreditation through Destinations International, and coaching and leadership courses through the Roy Group. I am passionate about telling Edmonton\'s story and increasing awareness of our destination regionally, nationally, and internationally.
