My Hotel Career started at Holiday Inn for 2 1/2 years in Accounting, Payroll, Cost Controlling, Food & Beverage Management and Assistant Hotel Manager. I accepted a position at Hyatt Hotels in August 1994. I have always quickly learned and succeeded in various positions with Hyatt. I started in Rooms operations and then eventually moved to Sales. In 2008, I transitioned to a Virtual office in Sales. In addition to exceeding annual goals, I cross trained in Revenue Management/ Yield Management. I focus on total account management for my clients to provide exceptional service and sales. I pride myself in being a quick learner and being able to acclimate to any position and any leadership expectations.
