In addition to the responsibilities and duties listed under Recruiting Specialist, also tasked with the revision and updating of current Taleo (applicant tracking system) job templates.• Responsible for a requisition load averaging between 75 and 115 job postings varying in level (entry level to management).• Recruitment for 6 system regions (St. Anthony, St. Clare, St. Joseph, St. Elizabeth, St. Francis and Highline). Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across FMG clinical regions.• Train and provide assistance to new team members as needed regarding employment process and applicant tracking system.• Complete hands on training to newly hired and promoted hiring managers regarding recruitment process and Taleo tracking system. • Participate in Affirmative Action Plan compliance- serve as a resource and attend process level information sessions.• Developed relationships with multi-county diversity groups/networks to assure that FHS/FMG is exposed to a widely diverse population.
