ABOUT RENEÉ WRIGHT
I started out with a longstanding curiosity and passion for understanding how people and things work which lead me to possess a Bachelor’s in Biology while minoring in Behavioral Science. I worked pursuing my scientific passion within Optometry as a technician - something I enjoyed immensely. However, I weighed my options and decided to develop business to business sales experience in order to pay off my undergraduate education. My sales experience has grown from customer service and managing a local retail store to intense cold calling, and the full spectrum of broad territory and account management - breaking new accounts, developing business, and managing customer success in small to medium businesses and large enterprise environments. Each company and product I supported was founded in using technology to make people\'s lives easier, and rooted in my desire to help others. The pandemic lead me to fall into recruiting (as so many do) and from there I quickly learned even more about how technology is embedded into our society. Full cycle recruiting and account management across a spectrum of clients (from healthcare to retail, applications to infrastructure and security and everything in between) has been an incredibly fun journey! Connecting professionals with their dream jobs and empowering clients to achieve their business initiatives by helping build efficient effective teams has been impactful not only to me, but also to the wonderful people I have worked with along the way. Working with the teams at Google has caused me to narrow in on technical sourcing and talent engagement as a career that I didn\'t even know existed! I can confidently say I love to help others and my current role allows me to lift up and reach out to those about life transforming opportunities while build long term relationships. In all I do I seek to help others (whether that is training and educating my peers, candidates, or clients) while increasing equity, inclusion, and access across the board.
