About Renée Pindus

I am a hard-working, ambitious, and creative Real Estate Property Management professional. Prior to entering the world of Real Estate, I graduated from NYU Stern School of Business MBA (\'22), where I had specialized in Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. My entrepreneurial pursuits are still in motion, as I am co-founder on a project that will launch soon. Further, I teach Pilates part-time. I am also a licensed Notary Public, as well as a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent. Prior to pursuing my MBA, I co-founded Arrive Well, a lifestyle brand and online retailer of TSA-Approved items that are consciously made. As I started my own business from the ground up, I learned how to properly cultivate my entrepreneurial spirit and ambition. We are a small operation and I taught myself a variety of skills that range from product buying, sales, marketing, basic coding techniques, customer outreach, and copy writing. When analyzing our back-end metrics, after I implemented a particularly robust SEO strategy, our conversion rate during Q4 of 2019 increased by 298% as compared to our conversion rate during Q3. In 2019, I was featured in Forbes in the article entitled \'Younger Leaders Are Saving The Planet (And Us) As They Profit,\' where I discussed Arrive Well\'s core values and focus on sustainability and clean beauty. I also recently completed a 16-week internship at the Australian skincare company, frank body, where I held the position of North American Retail & Marketing Manager, MBA Intern. I have a proven track record of executing my ideas and putting them into motion. I work hard and meticulously, but still place empathy in the workplace at the forefront of my priorities when working with others. I get along well with new people, and look forward to bringing novel, creative ideas into all environments; I thrive in environments that celebrate out-of-the-box thinking. In 2015, I graduated from NYU with a BFA where I double-majored in Film & Television Production and Psychology, and double-minored in Creative Writing and Child & Adolescent Mental Health. I am also highly proficient in French.
