Account Manager for SMX Staff Management located within a fast paced global pet food manufacturer. By using creative recruiting tactics our team has grown the temporary staff from 100 to 150 Associates in under 90 days. We have reduced turnover by hiring the right people for the right positions, and treating our associates as family. By overseeing the operations of a temporary staff of 150 associates, along with 5 lead managers my primary responsibilities include direct daily contact with the client to assess and anticipate their staffing needs. Accurately maintain Empower Time timeclock, payroll, scheduling, people management, invoicing, and safety & risk control. As a recruiter for SMX, I utilized advertising by traditional means as well as social media. By understanding our clients needs it allows me to review applicants, to find the best fit for my client. By understanding our clients process it helps not only the client but the candidate that I am interviewing, administering testing, or hiring be successful in their new position. I utilize the E-Verify program for accurate I9 processing, administer drug testing, facilitate orientation, schedule applicants, and maintain accurate personnel and OSHA files.
