Graduate of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Niagara University with a concentration in Luxury Operations. My course work at Niagara University has given me a strong foundation in critical thinking, leadership, professionalism, and teamwork. I am a young professional with 5+ years of industry experience from-the Inns of Aurora in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York -Palace Hotel Como in Lake Como, Italy -the Holiday Inn Binghamton in Binghamton, New York. As an Innkeeper at the Inns of Aurora I was required to take on a wide array of responsibility as a property stewardess which has allowed me to develop a strong sense of time management, reliability and communication skills. I am outgoing, energetic, positive and passionate about my work. My desire to pursue a future career in hospitality is to impress others with authentic hospitality, connect with people, create lasting relationships and work with a team that is also looking to offer world-class customer service and support. My goal is to not only enhance my relationships with other people but my relationship with myself as well. Outside of my profession I have a passion for travel, fitness and time with my family.
