   Successfully expanded the Terrain brand into a key new region, opening the DMV’s first location. Established & manages the Shop-in-Shop footprint inside Anthropologie & Co. Collaborates with the Anthropologie team to generate multi-brand store initiatives and provide a seamless customer shopping experience. Consistently exceeds sales plans generating 1 million+ dollar volume inside a greater 8-million-dollar store. • Works as a liaison between Home Office and field to implement visual merchandising & customer service standards, product allocation, and seasonal floor sets for Terrain Shop-in-Shop locations. Initiates & maintains client relationships through local community outreach and exceptional servicing daily. Executes merchandising updates based on analyzing weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs and to promote consistent company campaigns & promotions, improving customers’ overall shopping journey. • Oversees the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and retention needs of a staff of 10+ team members. Acts as the career and development manager for two full-time employees. Responsible for the succession planning for the Bethesda shop and collaborates with planning for the greater brand shops.
