I hold an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University with global awards in Project Management and a recognized industry speaker.I recently delivered continuous improvement projects enhancing project performance across a global portfolio addressing $5 Billion+ value erosion in addition to developing new business development opportunities resulting in over $100 million potential projects revenue stream via B2B partnerships, and $5 Billion in future major projects revenue. I led the safe delivery of the highest IRR, NPV and project performance of all major projects in bp\'s global major projects portfolio. Prior to that, I led operations, engineering and site projects across bp\'s portfolio.
