As MSP Success Advisor at ITagree – The Agreement Lifeguard, I’m helping Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) to navigate their everyday business risk through access to easy to use agreements, support and guidance. Many of the day to day challenges that MSPs face with their customers could be resolved simply by using the right types of agreements. ITagree’s agreements have been developed with knowledge obtained from more than 25 years direct IT industry experience and are created specifically for MSP’s. This role builds on my extensive experience working in the MSP channel, where I previously worked as a Channel Sales Manager & Business Development Executive, helping partners grow their Cloud, SaaS, and Managed Services revenue streams. I’m passionate about helping MSPs scale successfully while reducing risk and enhancing client trust.
