About Renee Hill

A seasoned leader with 30-plus years of expertise in DEI, accreditation, compliance and risk management, leadership and program development, strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and organizational planning and assessment. She currently serves as the Senior Accreditation and Compliance Officer, working with the Columbus State Police Department (CSPD) Chief of Police and leadership to create a culture of equity and inclusion by evaluating policy, training, and operations on an ongoing basis to make recommendations to enrich department practices, in the workplace and interactions with the community. She shares her insight and experience with law enforcement (LE) organizations to build community partnerships and trust.She believes in the pursuit and engagement of education within a safe environment. The college experience is an incubator for diverse students\' educational and personal development, including all areas of the college. Peer reviewers play an important role in all stages of the accreditation process. They are responsible for assuring that an institution is complying with the Criteria for Accreditation, as well as for helping an institution advance within the context of its own mission.
