About Renee Hill
A seasoned leader with 30-plus years of expertise in DEI, accreditation, compliance and risk management, leadership and program development, strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and organizational planning and assessment. She currently serves as the Senior Accreditation and Compliance Officer, working with the Columbus State Police Department (CSPD) Chief of Police and leadership to create a culture of equity and inclusion by evaluating policy, training, and operations on an ongoing basis to make recommendations to enrich department practices, in the workplace and interactions with the community.
