About Renee Evans
I have been working at Raytheon Technologies for the last 11 years. I started out in the Talent Acquisition department where I was responsible for new hire orientation, transfers, maintenance of employee files as well as being the face of our recruiting department. I often times went to job fairs and assisted with the offer process. I then moved into Employee Relations, Compliance & Diversity. In this role I was responsible for ensuring compliance and assisting with terminations, reductions in force, corrective actions as well as being an active memeber of our wellness team and participating in diversity efforts for the company. I am currently a Principal HR Generalist supporting a Raytheon acquired company in Herndon, VA. Eventually, I will become a HR business partner.
