As the Director of Admissions & Parent Support, I lead the Admissions Department at St. Peter\'s Catholic School while promoting our wonderful Christian based private school to prospective students and families. I recruit new students, evaluate potential students and manage the comprehensive admissions process. In fact, in less than two school years, I more than doubled the enrollment at St. Peter\'s Catholic School. In addition, I engage in the recruiting process by planning, coordinating and overseeing fundraising/promotional events, school tours, and parent/student interviews and tuition assistance. I play a heavy role in marketing St. Peter\'s Catholic School on social media, as well as speak about our school community at church and admissions activities. I am always available to answer parent questions about the quality of education that St. Peter\'s Catholic School offers.In addition, as an Administrator, I work directly under the Principal of St. Peter\'s Catholic School. I assist in driving academic and character outcomes for students as a key member of the school\'s leadership team by assisting in supervising certified staff and teaching assistants. I assist in directing and supervising duties of all staff including instructing, assigning, reviewing and planning work of others, maintain education, conduct and facility standards, coordinate all activities, handle personnel issues and recommend the discipline of employees as appropriate. I oversee all of the Early Childhood classrooms (5 total), school culture and develop leadership in the school\'s Lead Teachers. In addition, I do all Early Childhood observations to provide immediate feedback to positively affect the learning environment at St. Peter\'s Catholic School.
