I’m a strategist and systems builder who supports organizations navigating complexity, contradiction, and cultural change. Whether it’s aligning operations with values, building regenerative infrastructure, or shifting culture from performative to accountable, I walk alongside leaders who are serious about doing the long work.My practice is grounded in a commitment to help teams not only work better but live in deeper integrity with the land they’re on, the communities they serve, and the histories they carry. That includes dismantling inherited habits shaped by supremacy culture, dominance logics, and extractive ways of working.I’ve worked as a fractional COO, end-of-life doula, facilitator, and Co-CEO. Across roles and sectors, my throughline is helping people move from intention to embodiment: not just naming equity and sustainability, but resourcing the relational and operational shifts that bring those commitments to life.Clients often come to me when something feels off; they can’t name it, but they know the status quo is no longer tenable. I bring strategic clarity and relational depth to those moments, helping teams hold tension without collapse, surface the unsaid, and make meaningful movement toward change that lasts.I’m not here to “fix” your organization.
