About Renee Burns

I’m a Community Manager with more than 15 years in multifamily housing, from large high-density communities to smaller boutique properties. Along the way, I’ve been honored as Manager of the Year for Texoma, nominated for Manager of the Year at RPM Living, and recognized with multiple Occupancy Awards. Earlier in my career, I even won Leasing Agent of the Year twice — once while I wasn’t technically in a leasing role — which reflects how committed I am to results, no matter the position.I’ve built my career on improving occupancy, strengthening resident loyalty, and keeping properties financially healthy and compliant. I’ve led teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and overseen capital projects — but I also enjoy the resident side of the job: hosting events, improving reputation scores, and building communities where people feel at home.Currently, I’m pursuing my CAM certification and continuing to grow as a leader in multifamily property management.
