Responsible for overseeing overall operation of facility. Supervise a team of Qualified Professionals. Review, monitor, and update contracts as needed. Promote Day Treatment services. Ensure completion of all staff required training. Assist with developing strategies for retention of client referrals. Ensure that all endorsements for services are current. Present findings to management team including enrollments, discharges, marketing updates, compliance details, and service provision updates. Assists in developing and monitoring the agency’s tactical plan. Attending Client Family Team meetings as needed. Assists with the coordination of resources and case management needs. Participates in the Quality Assurance and Improvement process by preparing records for the committee and following up on recommendations of the committee. Complete Person-Centered Plans, Crisis Plans, and all other pertinent documents with applicable signatures for Day Treatment Services. Work in collaboration with Medical Records, Program Manager, and QAQI to ensure all necessary documentation for charts are in compliance. Serve as point of contact for families, schools, and other natural and professional supports. Create lesson plans and oversee activities for program and staff.
