Implement and create Job Training Plans and training materials - Partner with Aseptic Production to coordinate and support training - Perform various tasks in ISOtrain, eLearning, Eduneering, LearnIt and Skype - Produce multimedia training using Premier and PhotoShop - Use computer programs including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook daily - Attend Work Cell Leader and Manager board meetings in Aseptic Production - Work on projects and give presentations - Investigate Aseptic Production Non-Conformities to identify potential training impact - Use LEAN principles and systematic problem solving - Coordinate with NCSU to schedule classes for the employees working in the Aseptic Area Ensure creation, usage and effectiveness of JTPs & other training materials Creates multimedia training content (e.g, audio/video, simulators etc.) Participates in the creation, editing, coaching, & implementation of training programcontent & materials consistent with established training processes Assists as a subject matter expert (SME) in application of established training processesLeads or participates in training development workshops locally or globally Establishes and drives usage of training tracking and escalation processes in alignmentwith PS@ShopFloor Ensures documentation of training in QMS, to include ISOtrain Conducts & /or coordinates training for partnered area. Ensures shopfloor trainereffectiveness Reviews Change Requests (CRs) for impact on training. Then formulates thorough & efficient recommendations & assists with implementation to keep training current Communicates & coordinates with other stakeholders (e.g, QA, Shift Management teams,Training Workshop members etc.) regarding training. Follows all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
