I am pursuing my certification in the Professional Human Resources – California by Human Resources Certification Institute and I recently retired from the United States Marine Corps with an honorable discharge. I am a capable and experienced leader who consistently multi-tasks successfully based on priorities and with solid experience managing at an executive level. I have extensive knowledge of leadership and with implementing corporate values, policies, and procedures and have highly productive communication skills (oral & written), organizational skills, interpersonal skills, decisiveness, analytical, and innovative problem-solving.
