Experienced from working in energy providing companies across Trading, Procurement and Technology functions. I\'ve delivered change as an individual contributor and I\'ve managed change through the change lifecycle (PMO, communications, staff redesign, process design and maintenance, systems implementation) but my drive and energy comes from strategy development and aligning to strategic delivery. I am hands on and my experience demonstrates that I’m comfortable to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business. In my personal time I am an avid reader, BBC R4 listener, passionate about renewable energy and technology and I carry this passion into my work life quite regularly in my day-to-day activities.
