In my present role, I identify community-based mental health needs and provide daily direction and supervision the clinicians who work with adults and seniors. I also professionally network/interact with local aging services throughout all of Montgomery County. Moreover, speak at multiple community events on issues unique to the mental health needs of adults. I provide daily guidance and supervision to 10 Mental Health Clinicians. I also conduct routine audits of electronic health records to improve quality of care in seniors. Furthermore, I identify senior living communities in need of mental health services to establish service provisions.
