With over 25 years of experience in IT leadership and service delivery, I have developed and driven strategies, and processes that transform and enhance business functionality.I lead conceptualization, planning and execution of IT solutions that enhance customer experience and improve business operations. I have extensive expertise in cross-functional team leadership, infrastructure design and management, cloud implementation, process and communication improvement, ITSM, risk management, vendor negotiation, and staff development. I am ITIL and PMP certified, and I follow best practices and frameworks to streamline ITSM management, optimize Sev1 escalation protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations such as SOX and GPDR. I am passionate about developing leaders, defining strategies, and delivering success through best-in-class technology and modern architecture.
