Provide Strategic direction, thought leadership and executive level oversight for the Workspend organization throughout the named account lifecycle. Responsible for program implementation of new accounts and program refresh for current accounts. Responsible for collaborating with program management and leadership on reporting analytics and business reviews for each named account. Responsible for contract compliance and creating new processes to comply with customer requirements. Ensure compliance through audits as necessary. Develop and implement primary goals, operating plans, policies, and short and long-range objectives for processes within the Workspend organization. Utilize project management techniques to identify needs, create solutions and implement solutions.
