With more than 25 years of experience in Facilities Management within the hospitality industry, I am a subject-matter expert in CMMS, preventive and proactive maintenance, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance. I am certified by the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) as a CPMM and CPS, and I currently serve as a speaker for NFMT and Reliability Web. I also hold the role of Vice President of Professional Development for AFE and serve as Co-Chair for the AHLA Hospitality Security Committee.I have contributed to a 14.7 million-dollar property renovation. Supported properties through complex, multi-year Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) processes. I am certified by AFE as both a CPMM and CPS instructor and have completed “Train the Trainer” programs with both Marriott and Hilton.My experience includes extensive task force assignments for Marriott and Hilton properties, including a 2-month in-state and out-of-state deployment during the pandemic.
