Hi,I am Rene, Founder & CEO of Fund The Planet.For ages, conservation has mostly worked the same way: you donate and hope it works out. That model helped start important work, but it has long needed an upgrade. It often lacked transparency, personal connection, and individual impact tracking.We think conservation should feel modern, simple, and visible. People need to see what they protect and stay connected to it over time. That is why we built Fund The Planet.Fund The Planet makes nature conservation transparent, easy, and emotionally rewarding. We focus on protecting land in the 0.1% of Earth that holds 18% of all species. People can create their own personal nature reserve and track the area they protect. It should feel as simple as Netflix. That is the standard people are used to in modern life, so we built conservation to work with the same level of ease and clarity.What is Fund The PlanetFund The Planet is a modern conservation platform built for how people think and act today. Instead of asking someone to donate once and disappear, we turn conservation into an ongoing membership experience. This is only the beginning, but it shows that people want to participate when conservation feels clear, modern, and meaningful.About meMy background combines mathematics, engineering, business, and economics. I was COO of a tech startup and earlier a commercial manager in the defense industry. That mix shaped how I build. I think analytically. I care about execution, commercial scalability, and long-term ambition.I am interested in connecting with angel investors, seed funds, exceptional talent, and media who believe conservation can be redesigned for today’s world.I want to build a major company that gives nature more power and voice in a capitalist world.
