I recently joined City National Bank as Head of Shared Services, which includes KYC, Operations Administration, and other enterprise functions. I was previously a Senior Director at BNY, with oversight of several groups responsible for meeting AML/KYC regulatory requirements while optimizing the client experience. I led Tax Operations, a global team, meeting obligations related to the IRS, Canadian Revenue Authority, and the Automatic Exchange Of Information Act. Prior to this, I led North America Tax Operations for CIB and CB at JPMC. I have 26 years of experience, which includes a number of product areas such as Equities, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, Structured Products and Loans. I’ve had extensive interaction with multiple types of clients and businesses.My goals involve increasing scope and managerial responsibility in a fast paced trade oriented environment.
