As a transformational and cross-functional financial executive, I have deep experience elevating financial operations and controls for industry-leading organizations across the manufacturing, distribution, and beverage sectors. I leverage a combined financial and technical acumen to identify opportunities and streamline processes through the implementation of cutting-edge tools and systems that optimize financial management and accounting practices. In addition, I forge strategic partnerships across organizations to drive positive change while maintaining regulatory compliance, and I coordinate the seamless integration of teams, procedures, and practices to facilitate operational transformation. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: • Successfully integrating cider business into existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, processes, and procedures, streamlining operations and optimizing headcount at Vintage Wine Estates. I subsequently integrated an additional direct-to-consumer (DTC) acquisition into company operations. • Introducing daily meetings to address accounting bottlenecks and challenges at Vintage Wine Estates, driving a significant reduction in the close cycle from 20–25 days down to 8 days within 1 month of implementation. • Coordinating a highly effective response to the pandemic to mitigate effects on operations and maintain employee safety at Constellation Brands. I coordinated information with the health and safety group, leveraging Salesforce to collaboratively track and communicate exposures across the organization.
