Designed and optimized custom tooling using Siemens NX to improve first-time yield across repair processes such as Thermal Spray, Machining, Cleaning Bay, and Assembly. Developed new tooling concepts to industrialise and introduce additional repair capabilities, driving new revenue opportunities- Manufactured tooling in house through industrial 3D printers working with materials such as Ultem, Polycarbonate, TPU etc. Also outsourced several tooling designs to external manufacturers requiring high precision engineering drawings- Completed several on job trainings in Milling, Websters, NDT, and CMM to gain a deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards, quality control, and process validation- Data management and filtering to identify inefficiencies in repair workflows, contributing to site-wide initiatives focused on reducing turnaround time and repair costs.
