Projects span a wide range of transaction and strategic contexts, including pricing analysis, independent valuations, purchase price allocations (IFRS 3), and impairment reviews (IAS 36). I work closely with deal teams, finance leadership, and auditors to assess value drivers, provide commercially sound valuation advice, and ensure analytical rigour in support of both internal and external stakeholders. My work supports decision-making across M&A, financial reporting, and strategic planning, often involving cross-border elements and private equity-backed businesses.
