I lead our organization’s efforts to elevate and enhance ministry experiences through strategic data analysis, integration, and marketing technology. My role focuses on ensuring that ministry data is accessible, accurate, and actionable, empowering teams to make informed decisions and strengthen engagement across every touchpoint.I manage a team of data analysts responsible for developing and maintaining analytics capabilities that support personalized communication strategies. Together, we design and implement comprehensive dashboards and perform deep analyses that inform leadership and drive measurable outcomes.As Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Admin, I manage all data processes supporting email and SMS journeys, including automation, audience management, and segmentation. I design and optimize Automation Studio workflows, integrate SFMC API packages, and develop AMPscript and JavaScript solutions to personalize content and automate logic at scale.I also design and implement Python scripts with API calls to extract and clean data from multiple sources, websites, WiFi systems, and data warehouses, and push structured data to SFMC Data Extensions. I oversee the synchronization of subscriber data between Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring data consistency across platforms.I develop and maintain web-to-lead integrations using Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFSC), configuring the Salesforce connector to synchronize contact and engagement data between SFSC and SFMC. I plan and audit SFMC data objects and extensions to maintain integrity and compliance.In analytics, I oversee the creation of dashboards through Salesforce Datorama, integrating cross-channel data for deeper insight. My team also manages GA4 and GTM implementations, combining data from web, CRM, and Meta platforms to visualize end-to-end user journeys.
