Servant leader with a dedicated, visionary, and supportive Board of Trustees.Lead an engaged team of about 60 employees that promote a safe, seamless traveler experience.Over 30 years of program management, business development, and strategic planning in the aviation and transportation engineering sectors. Possess sound knowledge of and ensure compliance with FAA requirements including CFR Part 139, planning/design of airports, obstructions to air navigation, airport operations, noise compatibility, construction management, runway safety areas, Grant Assurances, and NAVAIDS. Ensure staff understanding of annual ACM, AEP, SICP, and environmental requirements.Position the Airport to stimulate economic development for the region, including retainage and acquisition of new air service, local job creation, capital improvements, and non-aeronautical revenue opportunities.Ensure that operational and business aspects of long range infrastructure, facility planning, and development initiatives are effectively identified through fiscally-sound management practices.Have implemented over $450M of both federally- and locally-funded projects including- Runway safety area improvements, including EMAS- Multi-phased terminal upgrades- Runway/taxiway rehabilitation programs- Light rail system projects- Utility infrastructure enhancements- Wayfinding and signage improvements- Asset Management - Inline baggage systems- Smart parking technology upgrades- Traffic engineering operations & safety studies- IT & life safety system renovations- Winter vehicle and chemical storage facilities- Master and Airport Layout Plan updates- Master lease negotiations with airlines- Advanced Air Mobility
