Warehouse & Inventory Manager @Baker Hughes

Since 2013, I have led projects and operations in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management across four industrial sites, with a strong focus on process standardization, team development, and consistent delivery in performance and cost control.I drove the transformation of inventory management, reaching 99.9% accuracy alongside highly engaged teams, without interrupting production. I implemented site-specific strategies — insourcing in one plant to strengthen internal capabilities, and outsourcing in another to accelerate efficiency gains. Across all locations, I worked closely with operational teams to redesign factory supply flows, increasing responsiveness and generating measurable production improvements.Guided by lean manufacturing principles, particularly inspired by Toyota and Ford, I led the transition from general to cycle counting, eliminating the need for full inventory shutdowns while increasing control and reliability.Over time, I built and developed high-performing teams, known for their focus on results, strong team culture, and inclusive mindset. Keeping costs within budget year after year reflects the operational maturity we’ve achieved. As operations evolved, my responsibilities expanded to include indirect materials planning and tax-related controls.In logistics and transport, I led a modal shift from sea to land for the movement of a 14-meter, 300-ton piece of equipment, reducing lead times and logistical complexity. We also implemented a new app-based work management system, improving visibility and coordination across logistics operations.I take pride in actively contributing to a more accessible, inclusive, and diverse workplace. I supported the hiring of the first woman to operate ultra-heavy equipment on-site and participated in initiatives to include professionals with disabilities (PWD), fostering a culture where everyone has the opportunity to grow and belong.
