Senior Manager Latin America Distribution @Cisco

Cisco provides hardware, software, and service offerings that are used to create the Internet solutions that make networks possible. Distribution is a key route to market for Cisco in Latin America, representing more than 30% of our business. In my role as senior manager, I lead that distribution effort, execute on the Cisco Worldwide initiatives across 50+ countries, and manage a budget of $14 million in investment funds throughout the region. My primary responsibility is to scale Cisco\'s reach by recruiting and managing the partners that resell our technology and build relationships with customers and the community to establish long-term business growth. I manage the business and territory planning with 20 distribution accounts in the region. I am also responsible for landscape management in the region, with the ultimate goal of expanding Cisco\'s distribution worldwide.
