ABOUT RENATO H. BORGMANN
Seven years fully dedicated to Unilever, in a vast supply chain categories and departments (Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology and Innovation) around Latin America. Lived and worked in different countries, such as Brazil, Chile, Argentina, México, and now in Canada. I have led, implemented and delivered the most important projects in Unilever within Personal and Home Care in the last years, such as new factory assembly in Brazil and Chile (process and packaging hall activities), new machine specification to new bottle design around three different countries (Brazil, Argentina and Mexico). Both of those project had a budget over to 5.0M EUR, and the project KPIs were achieved according to scheduling and alignment. My challenges from project ideas, to equalization capital proposal, to implementation, to vertical start-up, and to communication for some local/regional/global stakeholders were reduced/eliminated/learnt/improved day-by-day through full dedication and commitment to business goals.Very good communication skills in Portuguese (native language), Spanish and English.
