Coaching and Development – Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, succession planning, and corrective action).*Compliance – Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment law requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.*Partner with PM\'s, GM\'s, DM\'s and RVP to deliver data and reporting that measures engagement, participation and compliance in accordance with various company objectives and initiatives.*Manage Employee Relations by participating in follow-up communication and investigations as needed.*Organizational Development - identify and address organizational barriers to delivering strategic business initiatives as needed.*Culture Development/Employee Relations - work closely with leadership groups to maximize employee engagement and retention.*Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.*Manage human resources operations by orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.*Establish consistent HR practices across all LOB\'s within the North Central Region.*Identify opportunities to improve/streamline current processes and practices to lead change.
