I am an Instructional Coach. I am also an enthusiastic and versatile ESOL educator and self-starter with over 20 years of experience creating curriculum, coaching teachers, running workshops, earning grants, and developing award-winning programs to support under-served populations as well as bolster immigrant and refugee educational advancements. As such, I am passionate about creating greater impacts by collaborating with educators, businesses, and community members to promote inclusivity and drive systematic change. I have a history of success in leveraging outstanding communication skills to cultivate meaningful and trusting school and community partnerships. My goal is to continue to inspire, educate, and motivate students, parents, educators, policymakers, and community members in developing policies/programs required to elevate student learning and move schools forward.
