Kicked-off the development of the case study.Facilitated the panel discussion on how to use data to inform design during the very first eLearning Summit.Conducted workshops on color theory and best practices for video recording.Revision of numerous existing assets in various learning plans and providing suggestions on how to improve the trainings. Suggested improvements and initiated the update of Support team\'s learning assets.Single-handedly updated 25+ Rise assets for the internal team within 6 weeks.Was heavily involved in the discussion and implementation process of the badging system for the main SurePrep\'s products.Developed gamification/board-game related template in Storyline for the refresher training that enhanced engagement and delivered impactful and memorable learning experience.Developed 18 training assets for 1040SCAN and TaxCaddy by creating engaging and interactive eLearning materials which enhance the learning experience for customers. I have improved the process for the training team by producing recordings of the live foundational webinars. This strategic initiative has enabled the training team to focus more time during live sessions on customer inquiries and provide tailored support, while also offering standardized content. Furthermore, these recordings serve as a valuable resource for customers who miss events, ensuring accessibility and continuity in their learning journey.
